Day N Account and Data Deletion Request

1. Delete your account in the app
You can delete your Day N account and data directly from My account in the app. In the app, you must review the notice and re-authenticate with your password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In depending on how you signed up.
- Open the Day N app.
- Go to My account from Settings.
- Select Delete Account and Data.
- Review and agree to the notice.
- Enter your current password or re-authenticate with Google/Apple, then select Delete Account.
2. Request account and data deletion by email
If you cannot access the app or cannot delete your account directly, you may request account and data deletion by email.
Your request must be sent from the email address used to sign up for or log in to Day N. Requests sent from a different email address cannot be processed because we cannot verify account ownership. If that happens, please send the request again from your registered email address.

- Request: Day N account and data deletion
- The email address used to sign up or log in
- Login method: Email, Google, or Apple
3. Data that will be deleted
When you delete your account, your data is generally deleted without delay. Deleted account data, including goals and daily photos, cannot be recovered.
However, items that must be retained to comply with applicable laws or to prevent abuse may be kept separately for the period stated in the Privacy Policy and then deleted.
4. Subscription cancellation
Deleting the app, logging out, or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. If you have an active paid subscription, you must cancel it directly through recurring payment or subscription management in the App Store or Google Play. If you do not cancel your subscription, charges may continue after account deletion.
5. Processing time
Requests sent from the registered email address will be handled within a reasonable period after receipt. We may ask for additional verification if identity confirmation is required or if the request does not include enough information.
